Ami Tamakloe is a multimodal art-ivist born and raised in Ghana with experiences in fashion, performance and film, and an overall love for storytelling.  She believes to understand the world, one has to first take in the world, question it and then share our understanding of the world the best way we know how.  Ami holds a Bachelor of Fine in Arts in Fashion Design from Kent State and is currently a Doctoral student at Cornell University in the department of Anthropology.
